I've been using Kane's at about 120mg a day for 2 months now, and whilst i do think its still working it might not be progressing at the rate it was. A lot of the miniaturised hairs have gone terminal and are lengthening still but theres a sea of them who probably wont. Reminds me of when you have lots of thin hairs on your arm and then theres like 3 ridiculously thick hairs sticking out of a freckle lol..

I was actually going to say Brotzu (infact the hope of Brotzu is literally the only thing keeping me sane at the minute). Replicel also sounds pretty dreamy but wont be so dreamy until i finish Uni and get some Dollar o_O

I feel you! I think stem cells will save a lot of people, and Brotzu along with that seems promising. I keep hearing that Brotzu is due to be released this year but who knows.

When will replicel come out?
Hey @real kombo
Hard to say, but it COULD be by the end of this year. I’ve read a bit of a info about it in folliclethought, this is what it said:

Shiseido/Replicel – Replicel’s hair growth treatment, RCH-01, involves culturing a person’s own hair follicle cells and then re-injecting them back into their scalp. First, a small punch-biopsy is removed from a person’s healthy hair follicles. Then, a specific cell is dissected from the follicle and cultured in a growth medium. The cells are replicated into the millions and then injected back into the person’s scalp. There is a short video about the procedurehere. Replicel has been involved in a lot of activity over the past years to further develop their RCH-01 treatment into a worldwide success. For starters, Replicel created a partnership with Shiseido, which is the fourth largest cosmetic company in the world. In May 2014 Shiseido opened a huge biotechnology facility in Japan to accelerate the launch of Replicel’s hair technology RCH-01. This endeavor coincides perfectly with Japan’s new legislation which is designed to help expedite the trial process for stem cell technologies. In other words, Japan is an ideal place to launch a new cellular-based technology and get it to market quickly. To be clear, Shiseido and Replicel are separate companies. Replicel has licensed Shiseido the rights to bring RCH-01 to the world through an expedited regulatory path in Japan. It is worth mentioning that Shiseido also has its own scientistswho are working on a separate hair regeneration technique using iPS cells. A treatment using iPS cells would be very advanced and could potentially produce an unlimited amount of hair regrowth.
Points of Interest: Shiseido is currently trialing Replicel’s RCH-01 in Japan for market approval by the end of 2018. Replicel is also planning on launching its own RCH-01 Phase 2 trial, hopefully sometime in 2017, for the regulatory approval pathway in North America.
Status: Shiseido’s Japan trial has launched in 3rd quarter 2016. Potential market release by 3rd quarter 2018 in Japan.

There is also a lot of info about other promising treatments to come including Histogen, Brotzu, Follica, RiverTown therapeutics, Allergen, Samumed and a few others. Here’s the article:
http://www.folliclethought.com/tag/brotzu-lotion/

It looks like Brotzu is the closest to release.
Hopefully it’s not too expensive, because I would love to try it. I also think Histogen and RiverTown therapeutics looks really promising. Aclaris could really be somthing too. Saying very cautiously optimistic.

Somebody knowes about side affect?
In ru..

I got no side effects from 7.5% 1x/day (not sure of the total dose in mg), but when switching to 2x/day got severe dry skin... severe enough for it to be a little scary. Wrote about it here.

It's also dangerous to spread drugs like RU to pregnant women or developing children, which is easy to do with a topical. Look into this and be careful.

The RU did work for me though, and worked better at 2x/day, but the safety of this stuff really is unknown.

What is the best US source for powder?

Chemyo is US based, ships out of the US, and has a sale every month or so. Cheap and legit.

Sorry to hear that. What % were you using? I have heard accounts of people who haven’t responded on 5% do well on 10%.

5%, 2 ml in total everyday.

I Checked out your regimen, that's a lot of minoxidil for a girl lol. How are you not afraid? Or are you trans or smth?

What could it do for a little girl? I have a little sister and I wouldn't want to mess her future up because of my mistakes with handling Ru

Minoxidil isn’t going To effect my sex hormones. I am planning on dropping topical minoxidil and using garnier stemoxydine instead as an RU vehicle. To be honest, I don’t like minoxidil because it causes this weird sh*t where I grow hair for 3 months, then it stops grow for three months. I may be taking too much so I’m scaling it back. I’m not afraid because I give 0 fucks about my life anyway if I’m a bald 24 year old woman. Literally my life means nothing. So I’ll do whatever it takes. All the other stuff I have tried (avodart, spironolactone, RU) won’t affect me nearly as badly as a man anyway, since I need to ED.

First of all, thank you very much for your thorough response. Most would brush me off and tell me to read the threads talking about it, but it's kind of hard to do when there's endless page after page of useless babble of people people so hostile to each other for having differing opinions on upcoming treatments.

Second, your life DOES have meaning, if only to help spread information to give someone hope.

But yeah, I feel like I don't have much to live for either. I'm a fairly shallow person that cares a great deal about aesthetics, and I've been cursed in that department on multiple fronts.

Despite what anyone says, hairloss is a life-changing and debilitating disease, especially while you are young. I have been through a lot of really really awful things in my life that no one should ever go through, but I would still put hairloss at the top of the list of bad things that have happened in my life. In fact, hairloss has totally ruined my life.

Why did you decide to go for RU, anyway? I would just pump myself with female hormones - estrogen and add spironolactone for reducing testosterone. Unless your hairloss is caused by something else.

Already tired that. I take the highest dose of estrogen pill, I have tried 200mg spironolactone for 9 months with no results.

Yes, I've been through alot as well and I was gifted with baldness at the age if 16......I f*****g started balding at 16.

Everyone who poo poos baldness either has a full head of hair or has already been slick bald for years. Never in-between, and I ignore their self rightous bullshit about how it doesn't matter but it ABSOLUTELY DOES.
