Depends on where you are looking. Tinder / online dating services are for great looking guys. Women normally get upwards of a hundred messages a week from men with great hair. Even a Norwood 3 is likely a major detractor for a woman who sees more than plenty Norwood 1s.
There are many other factors in the mix such as height, facial genetics, etc... Just know that by design, those platforms are weighted more towards appearance.
