I've taken the plunge with finasteride

Been taking 1mg Finpecia daily for 8 days now.. No sides to report except for brain fog. Sex drive is completely normal, no ball ache or tenderness in my breasts as of yet. I'm hoping I react well to the drug and have some decent regrowth on the front/temple area. Kinda dreading having a shed, if there is one. Also hoping this Finpecia from AllDayChemist is legit..

I'll try to keep you guys up to date with my progress, maybe have a thread later on with before and after pics if my progress merits one.

I'm not using minoxidil.. I do use Nizoral a few times a week. I also just started taking MSM again, because I believe it does have some hair benefits.

Are you still taking finasteride, myhairbegone? I thought I read a while back that your experience hasn't been good.. Kinda makes me skeptical :/

Don't listen to creatinemonster he's just a troll. Don't worry about it, keep taking it and I'm sure you'll be fine. I just started finasteride .25m everyday from alldaychemist also. I trust that it's real.

I got nut ache for a few days which went away. Thought I was getting gyno but im pretty sure it was paranoia at this point..keeping an eye on it and still taking finasteride.

Initially it helped with itch and shedding...but the last 2 months I have shed a lot and lost a lot of density. Sticking with it and hoping it gets better

Was taking 1mg for the first couple of weeks, but dropped the dose down to .5mg every day.. I was getting brain fog from 1mg. Dropping down to a half dose has seemed to alleviate that side effect, which is the only one I've noticed in my short time on finasteride.

Can you explain for brain fog feels? Is it something you would know if you are experiencing?

Some days I just feel like a dumbass but I think I was the same before finasteride?

I guess I shouldn't classify it as brain fog as I was just as capable mentally as I was pre finasteride.. I would say it was more of a headache than anything.
