Well assuming you're an average height/build man then sh*t, 800-900 calories is WAY too little. Theres no reason to go under 1500 in order to lose weight (if you're exercising). If you go too low you'll risk the chance of exhaustion and serious muscle atrophy.

no exercise? ephedrine? you sound like some girls i know.

a good body. you gotta want it to get it.

a college degree. you gotta want it to get it.

order your diploma on the internet and it won't get you very far, same goes for taking the quick route on weight loss.

you will lose weight with your low cal diet, and weight loss pills, but it's not like you will be improving your body...just making it smaller.

by eating properly and being fit and healthy, you can turn your body into a fat burning machine that will actually convince people you were just born with great genetics and metabolism. muscle burns fat. calorie deficit burns muscle.

some good posts in this thread so far!

thanks for the tips. if i go from 700-800 calories back to 2000+, is adding back 200 a day too fast or no? At that rate it would take me 6 days to get back to my normal calorie level: 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600. Sound good?

That sounds like a good plan to me. Continue to take your Ephedra & exercising though. You will probably gain a few pounds back since your body is storing everything you eat now, but in a while your metabolism is going to speed back up.

If you feel like you've gained too much weight back, go back to 1600 - 1700 calories per day and slowly lose the weight.

thanks harie. how long will i have to take the ephedrine after i'm at the weight i want? i def dont want to take it for that long, period. is it possible to decrease the dosage from 3 times a day, to 2, then 1, then stop?

What not go the laxative route then? If it's good enough for supermodels. In fact, heck I can think of even faster ways to get fatty liver disease, and weaken your heart and immune system.

stopp scaring me

No one ever said what you were doing was healthy. :)

After you're at your goal weight and have ramped the calories up to normal levels, stop taking ephedra and see what happens. If you start to baloon up, then you've got to decide what to do to keep the weight off.

You can quit ephedra cold turkey if you want.

i will probably need some good advice though once i'm there on how to not look skinny-fat.

skinny-fat is a condition where you are skinny because there is not much under your skin, but fatty because you have a lot of fat under your skin, which is less stable and less shaped than muscle. Skinny-fat people still have over 20-30% body fat.

To not look skinny-fat, you need to lose that fat. but hopefully without losing more muscle, or you'll just be very bony.

But if you can build muscle fast, even from bones, and not put on more fat in the process, then try it. Sounds a bit scary to me. My body is transforming just fine.

no i know no one said it did. but do you really think i'll get fatty liver disease and permanently weaken my heart and immune system from this?

if i start to balloon up after stopping taking it, what can be done? 500 calorie reduction?
