Numerous possible reasons:

- body to scalp transplant is supposedly not permanent
- leaves scars and white dots on your neck
- doesn't look natural

If I can take all my neck hairs and use them to fill my crown with minimal scarring.. maybe that's something worth looking into.

From what I've seen, it's not recommended unless you opt for a buzzcut.
