Also can anyone by eyeing tell how many grafts I might need for a complete hairline??

I just said what my dermatologist told me, and I have exactly same hair as you do. I haven't said he is 4 I said he is 3, ALMOST 4 if he doesn't start finasteride. That's what my derma told me... but maybe he is an incompetent one then...
