Yes, you basically become married to whatever treatment you use successfully. If you stop it, all of your gained AND retained hair will drop out, and will look as if you never were on treatment to begin with.

Im doing rigth now Minoxidil Liquid 5% and nizoral 2 %. , I have started about 2/3 weeks ago

No, whatever you use and get results needs to be constanty used to else the results fade. This is why SOME people start with one treatment, then add another so they can see which gave them their results.

In my opinion it is best not to start with everything at once. That way you can see what you respond to and avoid the dilemma later of trying to figure out what is doing any good that has happened.

I am strating with propecia and will only add minoxidil if/when needed.
So far the propecia alone is working well

Please don't stop your treatments. You have no idea how many posts I've read of people losing all their gains after stopping.
