From Barcelona, spain to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 14 days cruise.
Not loosing a single hair in the shower anymore..... I am the type of guy that use to put a towel over the shower drain to be able to count the hair left once all the water escape.... I use to have 10 to 15 hair on a daily basis, and maybe up to 10 hair while drying them and combing.
I take 1/5 of proscar each day with rogaine foam 2 times per day.
Been on proscar for over 2 years now, and maybe approx to same for the Rogaine (use to take the liquid form of the rogaine in the beginning)

Since i am arrivied from my transatlantic cruise, i no longuer loose ANY HAIR.... NOT ONE.

During my cruise I have eaten LOTS of salmon fish (raw and cooked)... For breakfast and for dinner also. For breakfast i was eating some smoked salmon... man was that good you think. The fish is basically raw, but smoked and it taste wonderful. It was a all you can eat buffet, so no need to tell ya that i did eat this fish until i was full.

I am trying to figure out why i no longuer loose hair.... ok maybe the finasteride and or rogaine has started to kick in.... but i doubt.

Could the absorbtion of Omega 3 from eating raw and cook fish be the reason....

I did eat lots of sushi (salmon). Each day, at 5h30 me and my wife were going to the sushi bar to have a snack before dinner. We were having dinner at 8h30PM, so 5h30 was a good time for a little sushi snack. My choice of food was allways fish when possible. I did eat tuna steak, (that was good). Also some wahoo... never heared of that fish before , but man was that fish good you think.... it looks like cod but the meat is more firm. SALMON was the fish that i eat the most, at least 2 times per day (raw in the morning and cooked in the dinner, when on the sushi, the salmon was raw/uncook also)

The only thing i can figure out is that i have eaten lots of nutriment rich of omega 3.

FWIW, i think we should all start to eat some omega 3 pills, or at least some salmon.

was just surfing the internet to see if some info on omega 3 and hair loss, here is what i have found.

Omega 3

It is well-known that Omega 3 has hair-growing properties. Its three main nutrients, all found in various foods in differing quantities, are ALA (alpha linolic acid), EPA (ecoisapentaionc acid) and DHA (docosahexaenioc acid). You can find a high amount of Omega 3 fatty acids in salmon, halibut, sardines, albacore, trout, herring, walnut, flaxseed oil and canola oil. Omega 3 fatty acids are also present in shrimp, clams, light chunk tuna, catfish, cod, and spinach.

Conclusion

Omega 3 is excellent for the promotion of faster hair growth and helps your hair to be healthier, as it nourishes it from the inside, feeding the follicles to stimulate growth and shine.

Omega 3 has to be the reason. I beleive anyway.

have a nice day dall
