Just Buzzed

I buzzed my hair down to a number one and today is the first day in work with my new look, everyone has been really complementary and said it really suits me. It is the best thing I have ever done it is such a weight off my shoulders and I go on holiday next week so I am looking forward to getting a nice tan. Although I will have to be very careful and make sure I wear a hat most of the time.

If anyone out there is contemplating buzzing their hair regardless of your head shape or any of that just do it you will feel liberated!!!

I did the same thing last sat, it does feel good. My hairline is receding and I have an overall diffuse thinning, but it looks ok. I also have a big scar on my head. Problem is I have a sh*t load of acne on the back of my head now. Any idea how to get rid of it?

I spent all of my first year of college with a buzzed head. I got compliments on it but really didn't like. Now my hair is growing back and i look human again!

That's awesome. I'm very curious to see what I look like buzzed, but I'm kind of scared to do it lol. Once I get too thin on top though I will for sure do it.

Good to hear you're feeling great about it.
I did it last September and felt exactly the same.
The 1st few days are awesome, you really do feel like you've been giving a new lease of life - Well, I did - and a huge weight had been lifted.
I remember doing it on the Sunday and going to work on the Monday and the worry of 'What will people say?' and to be honest, everyone said it looked good, I got a couple of 'You've got big ears' or 'Are you a buddist monk now?' but that was the worst I got.

My problem was I was NW3 before that and growing my hair out too long e.g the side hair was growing faster than the top and I had it at a moptop length.

I'm not shaved at the moment, I'm trying to grow the top in but keep the sides shaved and see how that looks, but once my hair gets worse when I need to spend more than 15mins getting it 'ready' with concealers and such, I'll be back to shaved.

i tried it and got very different reactions. so hey atleast once i get a hair system nobody can call me out for not having tried the buzz
