Why?

It's all about your face and not your body or hairs. If a man has a good face he can be bald absolute not a problem.
If you have an amazing face THEN you can shave it off....for these guys is baldness not really a problem...

But for many guys here are hairs very important. Do you know why?

With hairs you can conceal your face.
It's a distraction from your face.

To be honest there is NO person in the calendar who is really bald.
Just two of the 12 months star guys with buzzed hair.
The others have decent hair, at least according to my standards.

The best cure for baldness is having good genetics. That's it. If you're a short, skinny ectomorph with small wrists and narrow shoulders (like me), you can lift as much as you want, you'll still look like sh*t.

I have every physical trait he describes and managed to build a phenom physique close to seven years later. I am now one of the bigger guys in the gym, and literally wipe the floor of everyone in it.


How ironic, someone with bird joints, and narrow shoulders could build heaps of muscle and develop a god tier v taper.

I weighed 115 at 5'9 - 5'10 at 19 years old. Never met anyone skinnier. Arms were around 10 half - 11 inches.

I now weigh around 190 with arms that measure 18 inches, lean. I bused to live in self pity until I dedicated all my time to actually do it something about my lack of genetics. Responding well to training over the years and having a hyper responce to the drugs has people turning heads.


The small joints make my proportions look massive. A blessing now that I put on the sice to accompany.


Regardless of the route you choose to go, anyone can build a semi decent physique with enough effort and consistency. Steroids are not needed to achieve a moderately aesthetic physique that's respectable.

I'm not angry, simply I resigned myself to my fate. I'm more like an apathetic, sad frog in front of a computer.

He probably liked it because it made him laugh - I'm sure he doesn't harbour any real ill will towards you.

I'm a bit puzzled, like many here, I have a hard time believing that you are as ugly and scrawny as you say you are.

I thought I was extremely skinny, but it turns out I was too hard on myself, especially after reading shook's comment about his height and weight before lifting.

That's why today, I bought my first gym membership since 2009, when I also resigned to my bald skinny fate. Looking back, I don't think it was a mistake, I had other areas of my life that were more important, like trying not to kill myself because of hair loss.

Now I have more time to kill and a gym that's on the way back from work. Can't wait to be posting pictures of gymcels and to be calling everyone a twink!
