I've started 0.5mg Monday weds and Friday ... I used to do 0.25g daily for two months on and off and had sides similar to what I'm experiencing after taking my 3rd half tablet .

I get a weird prickly slightly stingy sensation around the breast area and under my arm . Nipples slightly puffier/pointy but nothing alarming . I'm hoping to stay on it longer this time and kick the sides or in hope my body adjusts to hormone change ?? Wishful thinking ? Nipple and breast sensitivity worse depending on clothing I'm wearing. Odd.

My body temp also heats up at odd times too .
good to hear no libido or ed?

Im kinda thinking thats the case for me, i dont have any lumps or real gyno its just that my nipples feel puffy and ive been on finasteride for 3 months now, shouldn't i already have developed a lump or gyno at this point? im just also wondering if it can turn into gyno, i dont mind puffy nipples, im sure workout would help but if theres a lump that needs operating then i kinda have to stop doing it, im completly fine as long as my nipples stay like they are but im scared it will eventually turn into gyno, what are some other logical explanations? storing more fat/water in chest because of estrogen? because of sodium? my nipples are puffy but behind my nipples is just emptyness and then chest muscles.

im thinking of adding zinc and b6 vitamin, ive heard they decrease estrogen and might help out with puffy nipples(gyno?) and i might go 0.5mg EOD and see if my chest gets worse or not, if it doesnt i might start going 0.5mg everyday again.

The answer to the first question is yes and no. If the initial 15% increase doesn't cause a lump to form, as long as you maintain your testo to estro ratio there then you'll be fine. If by any chance more of your testo converts to estro (laziness, poor diet, no excercise, weight gain) then you will experience more symptoms, if not actual gland growth.
