Just Started Propecia - Question About Sides!

Hey!

About a year ago I've started using Minxoidil 5% twice daily and Nizoral twice a week, but unfortunately it didn't really haly my hair loss. I went to see my doctor and she prescribed me with propecia.

On my first two days, I took 1mg and began to feel sensitivity around my nipples.
On my third day, I took 0.5 mg and while sides deceased, but my nipples still felt sensitive (no lumps). Also, my semen got watery (but heard it's common).

Besides that I haven't had any sides.

I know that the body needs some time to adjust to the drug and was wandering, what do.

I scheduled another appointment to see the doctor but was wandering what are your guys' experiences? I'm concerned about gyno - since I have had it as a teenager and got a surgery (which, my surgeon at the time said it is virtually impossible to get gyno again).

If you removed your glands from your chest it's almost impossible to grow more gyno. But some cases of gyno surgery don't involve removing the mammary gland

First, disregard Ahmed. He's freaking out over taking propecia for 3 days. He's even worried about Green tea ruining his manhood.

A lot of people respond very positively to propecia, live normal lives for years, and even conceive healthy children while on propecia.

That being said, propecia sides are a real possibility. "Nipple sensitivity" and loss of libido are possible sides but they can also can be mental. The best thing you can do is evaluate yourself on a weekly basis. If you really think these sides are noticeably every day for weeks at a time, talk to your doctor about discontinuing propecia. Don't be paranoid, there's nothing to fear. Just be rational about it.

A lot of people here can vouch that that low-libido/ED sides go away. But you should be as proactive as possible about catching gyno. I would use your eyes more than your 'feelings' there.

y I shouldn't freak out my sexuality ruined by 3 pill even if it's mental still the dameged is done
I just finished masterbating 2 times in a day first time ok the second time I felt like sh*t my heart pumping with fear body shaking not feeling pleasure afraid about what my orgasm feeland looks like and it was horrible no pleasure just 3 dops of semen no feels of power while orgasm slightly pain in the head imagine that never got this issue before finasteride ever its been almost 3 months since I took it they were 3 f*****g pills still feel like sh*t mentally still fearing of the crash or pfs cocain and heroine are probably safer than this poison
now i am fearing i wont get ererctions when i sleep or wake up tomorrow

Hey! Thanks you guys, I think I'm going to stop taking it until I see my doctor. I think that I should recover quicker at the the three day mark

I told you.. you didn't listen. This sh*t can cause permanent issues.

What about the guys crashing 10 years down the road? The side effects will slowly creep up on you.

finasteride is toxic

Ru58841 is the best most safest hair loss prevention.

You wanna kill all the DHT in your body you are looking for trouble.

I believe you had issues after 3 pills. Nobody else does.

It can take 1 pill to f*** you up for life if you are unlucky.

The drug can trigger an endocrine system crash.

Ru58841 should be the main treatment.

based on RU studies, PLEASE tell me how u think RU is safer, considering one of its side effects can result in death, id love to know. If ru was so much safer, dont you think it'd be available LEGALLY?

You guys are ridiculous, running around saying RU is safe when it didnt make it through safety trials. Considering it hasnt been approved you dont know whether its safe or not. id say its not, which is why it hasnt been approved. But hey, take RU indefinitely, it might not give you a lower libido, but it might kill you down the line. you're ok with that?

I don't agree with bobster on finasteride, but he's right on RU. It has a very good safety profile, and its metabolized into an extremely weak anti androgen with a short half life once it enters the blood. Even with continuous dosing of like 200mg a day you wouldn't have a significant amount of it build up in your system
