I've been on a workout where I lift 2-3 days a week to tone, 2-3 days a week to run and some time to hit the punching bag. I'm basically losing weight and toning up. I 've lost 20 pounds since I starting running during the summer.
Today, I didn't feel like lifting. I only lifted some weights at home and I'll be running in the morning. I've been in and out of various work out programs, mostly because I've lost the motivation. I don't know why I am, I think it's because of getting impatient and waiting for results. Well, that is the answer so still keep at it.
How do you keep motivated in your workouts? I've been trying less to worry about the hair loss and focus on other things.
