1 week ago suddenly 2 big cyst acne pop up on my cheeks and i googled "nizoral acne" and some people were using it for acne and so i tried it . and today the 2 acne is no longer swelling and has gone down in size.
try nizoral if you have cyst type acne ! after washing my hair with nizoral i just use the bubble foam and place it on my face for the same duration on my head.

sorry for my bad english

I wash my face twice a week with keto and it seems to keep the acne away.

High levels of cortisol normally accompany both acne and balding. Ketoconazole results in lower levels of cortisol. Both balding and acne are also accompanied by high levels of inflammation. Ketoconazole has anti-inflammatory effects but that still doesn't explain what process it works on.

Cortisol is most often times a response to inflammation or something that triggers inflammation. Considering Ketoconazole has anti-inflammatory effects it could well mean that it affects cortisol levels secondarily, instead either going after inflammation or whatever is causing the inflammation.
