The AR is not responsible for keeping them dormant. Castration after the onset of balding halts its progression but does not reverse it. The PRLR might be responsible for keeping stem cells dormant. It would be a possible explanation for why hair loss usually happens around age 40 when testosterone declines and prolactin increases, although DHT stays the same and I don't know about scalp dht/prl.
I’ve seen so many people doing mtf hormone treatment go from nearly NW7 to full head of hair.

For pyrilutamide I assume they meant to say "advance to phase III", unless they mean the US

The tests are gonna be really interesting.

Even if DHT and other androgens are responsible for sure of the hairloss, there are a LOT of other reasons that make our hair fall. Let’s see what happen if we « destroy » the androgens receptors!

Just afraid of the possible sides that It can give... Sounds super efficient but so dangerous in the same time.
