This is the thread I should have posted it here. Better late than never I guess. Here is what it looks like. I have a Norwood 3 hairline. I can show more pictures at a later time. That said, hair did regrow back on my temples. Obviously not all of it. It was worse ten years ago. I don't know if it makes sense to show my hair history, because my gains were gradual.
Looks like decent density overall

Yep 99 a month. Where are you getting the bimatoprost?
I was getting it from farmacia tristiana, 0.1% Bim, minimal results,

but now I use minoxidil + fluridil.

I might add pyrilutamide, topical 2.5 / 5% spironalactone, alfatradiol 0.2%.

Also considering buying pure bimatoprost & compounding it myself but it’s like $250 / g.

Are you going to post another update?

hello, the one thing i'm concerned about is sides effects
I am apprehensive about the potential side effects of this treatment, as it is relatively new and only a small number of individuals have undergone it.

For hair loss, but latanoprost and bimatoprost have been approved since the 1990s and are used to lower intraocular pressure in (open-angle) glaucoma and ocular hypertension.

Hi Timmit are you still on the latano from strut, do you recommend it?

I'll post a year update when I get there. Right now as it stands I am going thru another round of shedding and my hair isn't looking that great. Not sure if its because of a condition I was diagnosed with in 2023 or whether the drug is just crapping out on me, or perhaps I am just succumbing to old age :)

full disclosure - I have hyperthyroidism diagnosed in 2023, and from what I have read, fluctuating levels of thyroid hormone can affect hair growth. My t4 levels are normal currently but fluctuate high and low throughout the year. I think this is the main reason why my hair isn't holding up so well any more. Time will tell.... I will post a 1 year updated photo in september. Anyway here is month 7 photo

I’m still on it. Results kind of ebbs and flows. Progress, then shed, progress, then shed. I’ll stick with. No sides. I’ll update pics in a few months

Keep us updated,

You should consider topical AA like fluridil, pyrilutamide, Cb-03-01, topical spironolactone. To strengthen the hairs and stop it falling.

I personally use fluridil + pyri, no sides.

I used to, but I no longer use it. I don't think it had much of an affect. If you can find topical progesterone for hair, that will definitely save it.

So far, that is the only thing I can say actually did something for my hair.

I seem to be back to square 1 now. I’d say it worked for a little bit as shown in the photos, but over time, the gains in hair growth did not last. I am not recommending this product. Your results may vary though.
