They both have the same exact ingredients..in the same order. Nothing on Dr. P's site or the labels say one is weaker than the other. It seems to be another slimy sales tactic on Dr. P's and you-know-who's part.

If anything..those companies are probably po'd that they've been told they're selling a watered down version.
