I don't think they're a scam either, they tied for best in show at a contest not too long ago.
I just find it strange the pictures they released only show regrowth in areas that are thinning when they claim their compound can restore hair that has been lost for decades. I was hoping to see some hair regrowth on a slick bald head, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because the regrowth they did show was impressive for 14 weeks.

good find! I see they posted results on their site - here are some result before/after photos
Wasn't this site seen as being a fraud, if I remember correctly. The pictures were worked on.
Or am I thinking of a different site?

The picture is definitely just one guy and the lighting is what causes his arms to look different. If they wanted to fake a photo they could pay someone to do a good photoshop job which would be a lot easier to do than find 2 people who have the same shaped head, hair length and color.
Also they are not done trials, their last update said they're trying to raise money for phase 2 trials I believe.

The compound from Rivertown Therapeutics itself contains minoxidil, why would it not do better than minoxidil on it own?

Really, try reading a little. The are three molecules. One is minoxidil. The others are cyclosporine, and a new chemical entity RT175 they have created. It's a synergistic compound.

After the FIDIA incident I got very disappointed and have a total different attitude towards companies.
Ok so,they claim to have tested it in 600 people with great results.
Now even the dumbest CEO would think: "Hey, lets post 50+ cases to share the happy news! And build our future customers confidence!"
But no, they just uploaded 2 damn photos and one of them is from a woman.
Bye bye scammers, -1 company from my hope list.
