Welcome to the club Gboy2k8

First of all we are all in the same boat but it's only a hair loss yea i know it sucks trust me, all my life i'm used to wear long hair i can't see pic of myself (only little baby) with short hair from my 3 year until my 25 (now) i'm with long hair. It will be shock for me to shave one day my hair. But to be honest if the hair is the key to be it with lady you are in big confusion, seen lot of guys who are bald with hot womens (some of them because of the pocket and there are some because of the guy personality) so you aren't doomed to say without women if you don't have hair. Don't want to disappoint you but there are not too much good solution to have full head of hair at this moment. There are 3 proven treaments that can give your hair back (sooner better) propecia, rogaine, nizoral even if you start using them and have great result they will not last forever ;) sorry but it's better to start rather than doing nothing and watching how your hair fails. After all 10 years it's nice time to keep your hair if the big 3 works on you, if all the rumors are true and we got the HM by 2015 then we can breath more easy.

And if Nostrodamus is right, we will all be dead before then. Time to stop waiting on something thats not coming. Even if the world isn't going to end in three years we are headed for a global depression in which case the luxury of money to fund this kind of research is going to be non-existent. Take a look, ICX and Follicia are already crapping out due to lack of funding. This is the ultimate joke for anyone with significant hair loss- the world will end before we get what we want. Go crazy, riot, murder, rape all the things you would never think of doing- get it all out before our time is up.

Nostrodamus made a lot of predictions. So many and so vague it is no wonder some of them are seen as right.

Only bad prediction I have is politicians will continue to take bribes and lie during campaigns. Life will continue to be bad for most of the world for a while. The world will get wealthier and develop, but not in time for the sad souls out there now. Glad I'm in the United States.

Now that I think of it, I don't know of any human scalp hair spironolactone studies. All spironolactone studies are done on body hair, and it is assumed that androgen receptor blocking is the only effect. So maybe I should not be putting fluridil down so much.

Definitely use nizoral shampoo though. At least that is well tested. Not super strong. But use the 2% daily if you can't handle propecia. Doctors might not let you do that. Not sure what kind of side effects that can have, but a lot of people here do it. No studies on 2% daily. But very promissing studies on topical 2%.

Ah, yeah, there is something a bit better studied. There was a human scalp study done with 6 guys using 2% keto topical daily. 3 of them had phenomial regrowth, the younger ones. The older ones had mild improvements. Not super promissing, but you should try that if you can't handle propecia.

But really, twenty one is not uncommon to still be a virgin.

Yes it is uncommon.

If you're a virgin at 21 and there is nothing such as religion or physical deformities standing in your way, then grow some balls and actually make a move on a girl.

If only it were that simple. It seems like you got to take her out first, and buy her dinner for $40, and then ask her on as second and third date and hope she says yes, and hope she smiles back at you when you smile at her. Never gets anywhere though.

In most cases it is that simple. I think someone who isn't a recluse or cold should stumble into a sexual encounter by the age of 21. Even physical deformities is not an excuse. I used to tutor a disabled student, and one of his helpers used to give him a sympathy shag.

I keep saying, you can't push those things. Whenever I tried to get laid I got nowhere. If I didn't try, I appeared relaxed and confident and they came....

I don't think barcafans 50% ratio is realistic.. Then again, I've never been to a Canadian college party. 50% of the time I find someone interesting, but that does mean they are willing to have a sexual thing.

Or you can just go to one college party and have a 50% chance.

this is true. It think i really had a chance with this one girl at a party, but I did not know exactly how to proceed. All I got to do was dirty dance, and then she disappeared and left to go hunt for other men.

Mental note; CCS will not respond to anything that does not have to do with women, dating, hair pieces, muscles or cars...everything else he will ignore.

Does being a nw4 at 20 count as a physical deformity?

I consider nw4 to be significant hair loss, especially at 20 so yes, I would count that as a physical deformity. Not the most severe granted but crippling none the less.

life isn't over ? 62 days in.
didn't shave my head for 3 weeks or so.

still seeing my scalp, though now I can cover it with some hair.
dunno if it's better or the hair is just longer creating a coverage effect.

Anyway I guess the shed has stopped.

looks flawless to me and the average johnny mcbuspass on the street isn't going to think you're losing your hair at all.

You don't even look like you have a receding hairline. I know tons of dudes who have a V shaped hairline and they aren't balding at all.

Yes, I would say it does. I was NW3/4 at that age, and I was looked at as some kind of freak back then. I grew my hair very long (shoulder length or longer) and wore a ponytail with a ball cap so no one hardly knew.

But, without the cap and tail I was looking pretty thin on top.

But, yes, it was very awkward at that age. People thought I was 40 years old - not 20.

Yeah I've been shaving my head for the past couple of months just to see if I can pull it off, but honestly it's been a horrible experience, especially having to do this at 20. And honestly I am getting f*****g tired of all of the comments and stares. Just walking around at my college without a hat on takes a ton of balls. I am probably going to go on finasteride soon and hopefully it'll thicken up the diffusion so I can grow it back out.

When should I expect thickening?
2 months in, looking "ok" when hair is combed down but it takes 1/4 a second to reveal the sad truth behind it when I comb up my hair.
Should I expect any thickening somewhen or this is it?
