Looking for a little boost to regimen... Revivogen?

Thinking of adding a topical to my regimen and think Revivogen looks like it might be a decent addition.

I am currently on dutasteride every other day (was on every day for 6 years with very good results), and finasteride on the other days. I'm about to drop dutasteride all together and just go on finasteride every day.

Might seem an odd thing to do, but i'm planning on starting a family in the next year and want all dutasteride gone from my system by then.

However finasteride isn't as successful for me and so I need to just top it up to maintain what I have... so am looking at topicals to give it that little extra help.

I also use minoxidil Foam in the am, and have been using minoxidil 5% with Retin A pm. With the loss of Dr Lee i'm thinking of replacing the pm minoxidil+retin A with a topical containing something similar to Retin A (I think Azaleic Acid is similar?). The minoxidil+retin has been really good and showed decent new growth, but I think a lot of that can be attributed to The Retin A.

Any advice on Revivogen, or similar but more effective products would be great (although I dont want to use a product like RU as its not been tested enough for safety for my liking)

Thanks I hadn't heard of that.

Is it completely legit though? It just looks like an ebay company to me, and can't really find much on the internet about it?

Hi Browny,

I've been through that thread recently and didnt notice lipogaine on there, but will look at it again.

Just wondering if its possible to know if the product is indeed what it says it is, and also that their version of fatty acids is the same as Revivogen.

How do you know its not just flat lemonade or horse urine? lol! :dunno:

Still might give it a go though as if its real then it hits all the right buttons of what I'm looking for.

Hey i didnt mean info on Lipogain, i know nothing about that.

Im only on tricomin and revivogen, and i can already see my hair getting a bit thicker since starting revivogen, its early days though so im gonna post updates as and when i get more results.

Also it didnt give me any bad shed of any kind

You need a strong androgen blocker to replace dutasteride, nothing like revivogen will even compare to dutasteride, I recommend either RU58841 or CB-03-01.

Hi finasteride Fighter,

Yeah I'm still going to be taking an internal androgen blocker i.e. finasteride, but want something to use topically that will just give it that little extra help to compensate from switching from dutasteride to finasteride.

I dont want to go down the RU58841 or CB-03-01 route just yet, as stated i'm wanting to start a family within the next year and dont want anything in my system that could either cause problems or hasn't been tested enough to know whether it will do or not.

What's your thoughts on Lipogaine?

Actually i've been doing a bit of research on Lipogaine and the company that makes it - MinoxidilMax. Lets just say I wont be purchasing it or anything from them.

Basically he asked them for some info on whether their products are safetly manufactured etc and they refused to answer a single question, just stating that their ebay feedback says everything a consumer needs to know.

They basically wouldn't confirm their products are either legit or safe!!!

Yes i know pics are the ultimate proof for results of any treatment but the problem is im already a month into using revivogen (i did state in the revivogen thread that i wasnt bothered about taking pics as i see the back of my head everyday when applying nanogen fibres) but now that it seems to be thickening i regret not taking them

I suppose i could take some tonight but like i say a month ago it did look thinner so it wouldnt be a fair baseline shot.

Im only using revivogen and tricomin (tricomim for 2 years now) so i guess any success will be down to the rev.

I would still take pics if I were you. If you are already getting thickening after only one month then you are sure to get more down the road as even most Propecia users don't see much thickening until at least 3 months. So, take them please:)

Hey is it true that most get results from the Revivogen serum? Is it expensive? And does it dry out the hair?

I need a topical that isn't drying.
