I've been on the big 3 for about a year and a half. Ive maintained and have grown back a big amount, but im still looking for more growth. Mainly in the crown and hairline. Any suggestions would be helpful. To add to my regimine. Hows duresteride? Anything else? thanks.

If youve had good results I wouldnt advise you change your finasteride for duatsteride. If you want to add to your regrowth, why not try copper peptide treatments? This wouldnt affect your present regeime at all, so you wouldnt really have anything to lose. (Except maybe money).
An example of a copper peptide treatment would be Tricomin.

Tricomin contains a copper peptide complex which is clinically proven to help hairloss. It comes as a shampoo, a condtioner and spray. You can use it alongside the products you are already using. There are some very encouraging results obtained using this product, I use it but its far to early to say if its helping my hairloss. I agree about adding copper peptides.

I recently went to 15% minoxidil and added spironolactone to my year-long routine of the big 3 plus CU. After two months, I am seeing additional regrowth after an initial shed.
