Makeshift Liquid Dropper?

Hm, not sure how to make a dropper, just how to order them.

If ordering isn't an option, you could maybe find a way to combine a rubber bulb and a straw? It may not be very accurate, but could do the trick in a pinch.

just drop Dr. Lee an e-mail and tell him you got stiffed on your last order. I'm sure he'll make good and send you a dropper.

if you're mostly worried about accurate dosing get a medicine cup from the pharmacist. a few dollars at most, but you'll get your 1ml. then just tip it on your head. not as neat but the dose would be right.
otherwise the totally budget option is the straw from a juice box or anywhere else. hold your finger over the top to create a vacuum, and you've got yourself a dropper. though not sure how to measure the dose honestly. you could even go a little bit further and groove the straw lengthways up the middle to make it taper at one end, then wrap tape around the tight end to make it easier to control how much comes out.
