It Seem to be diffusing from whole of my scalp not from any specific place just one thin patch on the left side of the top scalp. Hairline is not receding Just clumps of hair falling out everyday.
should i buzz it off ?

Mom's side has full head hair.
Dad had amazing hair started balding at his late 30's..
I don't know what's wrong with my hair

Strange. Sides usually, or almost always, never gets affected by hair loss. Your sides look quite thin. I don't know if that simply is how your hair is and has always been....but male pattern baldness doesn't affect the sides, maybe in some very few cases.

I'm thinking its either CTE or some kind of thyroid or iron imbalance.

See a doctor immediately. I doubt this is male pattern baldness, but it may be something more serious.

If it's not male pattern baldness, you have a good chance gaining your hair back. So go see a doctor and see whats up with all this, if it's an underlying condition (I hope nothing serious) that you treat, you might just have your hair back.

It could be alopecia areta, go see a dermatologist.
