Here's an e-mail Dr. Lee sent to me a couple weeks ago re: some questions I had:

If I only apply it to front hairline and temples (where I am thinning), what happens to the areas behind it that are also suspectibe to male pattern baldness?
If sufficient Xandrox is not absorbed into these areas, then there may start thinning there. However, there is a good deal of absorption beyond the area of application and you should be okay.
Make sure you apply some to the crown as well.
Will I eventually start to thin behind the non-Xandrox protected areas?
There is no way of knowing that.
