Massive Hair Loss. Is It Netural Or Is It The Beginning Of Thinning Process? Pic Inside

Hello,
I'm 23 years old and I'm afraid I have a massive hair loss that might implies a balding process..?

I have a very curly and dense hair, I started growing it long for the first time about two years ago.
On May this year, after 1.5 years of growing, I had to shave my hair back to zero because of head lice issue.
When I saw my hair shaved again for the first time after long period I suspected that I recognized a slight beginning of a balding process in the forehead, and also maybe a crown??

Since then I started to put more awarness to the issue, and I recognized that I have a massive hair loss.
I wash my hair twice a week, and each shower I have LOTS of hair falling. like 300-400 hairs!
And it doesnt stop. it feels like every time I'll put my hand on the wet hair, hairs will come out.
Besides that, I also have hair falling during all day, not only when I shower.

I did a blood test and all values came back normal. Also my grandparents from both sides didnt have major balding issue, niether my parents do.

Do you think what im describing here is normal and ok, or is it somthing i should be worried about?
Dont forget that I have a very dense and curly hair. and also worth mentioning, alot of the hair that is falling is not long, but rather shorter hairs, if that means anything...

Also here are some pictures of before and now, what do you think? I'm not sure if there's a begining of a process here or not. do you think it is a crown starting to grow or is it just the netural hair growth spirella lines? and what about the forehead?

You have God like hairs. No need to be tensed. I doe think you are balding. Could be because if illness that you are lossing hairs. Best luck.

People who thinks they are balding can't be convinced that they are not! Not even god could do that job.

I do see some temple recession but it may be just a maturing hairline, But if you think you are balding you should definitely get it checked. I have the same hair as you, and i noticed a lot of hair fall from the past few months. Others told me i'm not balding and am just overreacting. But my Dermatologist says its the early signs of Male Patterned Baldness.

The earlier you get it checked the better. Good Luck!
