lack of iron can result in telogen effluvium

topical dutasteride is not available in pharmacies
you will have to prepare it...you will need:

liquid bifonazol (drugstore)
dutasteride tablets
a dark glas (for storage)

are you capable of getting those ingredients?

because of it's aiming accurancy -> less sides & more benefit
we are interested in inhibiting dht in the scalp (topical local application) and so much in systemic dht lowering (oral application)

1. crush one duta tablet (contains 0,5mg dutasteride)
2. mix it with 10 ml bifonazol in a dark glass
3. wait approx. 24 hours

now you can apply the mixture to your scalp via dropping glass (1-2 ml daily)

would recommend to lower the dosage if you plan to apply it as a topical
then one oral application per week will be enough

You should figure out how to get into the labs administering Piloxil. Not many people are in the unique situation being right there like you are.
