Ok guys ive got abit of a breakthrough here. Ive been taking omega 3 fish oil high potency for the best part of 12 months. This is also a very strong 5 alpha blocker. Ive just discovered this. Anyway ive dropped it a few days ago and im already seeing some improvements so hopefully things will speed up now. Ive also dropped protein shakes as there very ostrogenic due to the high amounts of soya they contain which in turn suppresses tesosterone.
