Merck's claimed possible sides don't include testicular pain

I was wondering why Merck's list of possible side effects from propecia doesn't include testicular pain/discomfort as being common. Just reading posts on this website and others, it is clear testicular pain is one of the more common sides. How did they miss this?

This side effect wasn't discovered during the FDA trails for Propecia, but it was identified post release. Since the side effect is transient and usually doesn't come back, I can see how people might not have thought enough to report it during the FDA trails.
