Mesotheraphy/dermarolling Mix In London? Good Experience From One In Dubai

Hey guys, I was very worried about my hair thinning especially in temples and crown and hairline. I am 35 / Male and am using Finastride for over a year, and Minoxidil for easily 2 years and a half.

I researched every treatment I could think of that is not surgical. (As well as surgical for awareness like transplant)

While I was in Dubai for work for 1 month I visited these guys (https://www.vivanditrichology.com/scalp-treatments-for-men/) It was the best treatment and especially for the price I've received. I did 4 sessions with them, once a week. It's supposed to be more but I was leaving Dubai. The reason the treatment worked so well is that in every sessions first a nurse washes your hair, they then place you under a steamer to open up pore on your scalp/head - scalp massage - she then washes again this time doing a deep scalp cleansing - then there is a session of around 15 minutes of dermarolling that the nurse does, as she derma rolls the entire scalp she also after every area she goes past, one by one puts in their hair nutrition liquid formula, After that is all done, finally you finish with a 15 minute LED laser session.

I saw changes in 4 weeks.

Now I am back in London and trying to find something similar, no luck so far. I visited one place n London, and they said they have the similar treatment and for the price (1500GBP for 6 months) they literally make you sit down, no washing of the hair, a dermarolling for 1 minute very quick all over, then they put in heir solution and massage it in, and then laser therapy for 45 mins. It just felt like almost cheating me.

Does anybody know of such a service that has worked for you and anyone in London doing a reliable version of this?

This sounds not too dissimilar to what I had done at Belgravia clinic in London (minus the dermarolling). I decided with the incredibly expensive membership cost,it was much better to source own Finasteride/Minoxidil etc..
Would it be a possibility to buy our own steamer? If so, I don't see why we can't do a DIY job. I do 2mm microneedling on a weekly basis anyway with Derminator, so all I'd need is a steamer. I don't think the benefits of 15min of LED laser does very much.

I tried Belgravia - it's a scam. The one I went to in Harrow is almost the same but they only dermaroll for 1 minute.

The experience of the treatment where they give much more attention per client was way more worth it, it's making the ones I see in London all looking very "scammy"

Personally, the results you can get and attention from a nurse/someone technical doing the dermarolling for you / scalp massage / scalp cleansing compared to doing yourself, I think it is unmatched. When we do it ourselves, first the deepness of the dermaroll we will never do it as good as someone else who is trained to do it. Secondly we can't reach all the places and area coverage like others.

I'm trying to research if there is anyone in London or even UK doing something similar to what I got in Dubai which was worry worth it - got proper attention and treatment from another person, not just placing us under a laser like robots and value for money.
