Miniaturized Hair Or Regrowth? Can You Tell?

I began taking Finasteride 4 months ago with the only purpose of halting hair loss as i read it didn't work well for the hairline. I took the first picture 4 months later and noticed baby hair, do you think this could be regrowth or just miniaturized hair? (Sorry for the line, is the area where i lost hair).

It looks like new, little hair.
if it will become "terminal" (thick), it's a bet.

I have little hairs like that on my temples & crown...Will they become terminal if i keep using dutasteride & minoxidil?

Unfortunately there is no way of knowing :-(
Minoxidil is supposed so help you grow "vellus" that becomes real hair. But some vellus remains vellus...
