I was also offered a discount on my next order as I was one of the victims of the credit card ripoffs.

If you were a victim of fraud then you might want to communicate with them if you haven't already

I did ask him about a discount due to me getting hit with that twice and his response was "There is no special discount for calling in orders. Those who have a concern regarding security and won't order through the web any longer can call in their order and receive the same discount as those who order through the web. We must employ an extra person to handle phone orders because phone orders consume much more time than orders through the web. "

So guess you were the lucky one.

I'm just gonna be blunt here. Dr, Lee needs to work on his customer service. I am seriously considering not using his products anymore. Mishandling Credit Card information is serious business, and he refused to give me any sort of discount or reparations. The fact that I had to even ask for a discount blows my mind. That is not how customer service works, Dr. Lee.

I ordered $250 worth of stuff yesterday... and I ordered $90 worth of stuff a few weeks earlier, but that was with a virtual card...luckily.

My last order was with my real debit card... I think I ordered right after he supposedly "fixed" the problem.

I really do hope it is fixed. I don't trust that website anymore, at all.

I was planning on being a longtime very good customer. But I am reconsidering now. I don't even know if my debit card info has been stolen or not. I only put money on my card when I plan on using it though.

Do you guys think I am safe? I ordered after he posted that message about it being fixed. What security measures did he take?

I doubt he meant for any of this to happen, but it was very irresponsible to have bad security. This has been a wake-up call.

something tells me this problem was not fixed. I got a fraudulent charge AGAIN. This time it was for almost $2000.

Ive placed two orders since this fiasco one over the phone and one over there website. As of today Ive not had any fraudulent charges myself.

yea this could just be a huge coincidence.
The last order i did there was a little over a month ago i think. As soon as my bank called me about the fraudulent charge, i just assumed it had to be from this. But who knows, either way the bank refunded my money so its all good.

Placed my order almost 4 weeks ago, nothing arrived. I told them several times NOT to simply ship a white bottle with an "S" (that's the way they send spironolactone to the EU) on it. Isn't anybody at minoxidil.com thinking that this could look suspicious?

I got the spironolactone lotion from Dr Lee, it has written "Hand lotion / Free sample and using instruction on it", so I do not have any problem with the custom. I am from Europe as well, and normally the items reach me around 7-10 days time.

yeah, no problem with the cream, HOWEVER: The way they ship the liquid spironolactone is just plain stupid.
