Minoxidil costly in India why ???? local brands ingredients unknown

i checked amazon etc kirkland minoxidil,rogaine,lipogaine etc cost are ok ....but were not available in india

so i checked ebay etc which were offering for india

prices are 4x more compared to amazon why ???

25 $ =62*25 rupees =1550 rupees for 6 month supply amazon [but not for india ]

ebay and other stores - 4000 -5000rs ...what the hell is going ?????

Now the only option is to buya local brand like Dr.Reddys mintop...etc etc
there are no proper sources and details regarding local brands (also i think alcohol levels are twice then normal in these brands)

so please help me get a proper minoxidil for cheap price

Also is it working with local brands...i mean hair growth ,thickness,regrowth, etc etc .....please compare with kirkland minoxidil,lipogaine,rogaine etc
