minoxidil regrowth - never again

When I started using minoxidil last year my eyebrows got considerably thicker and I even started getting that great monobrow look. I plucked out those hairs between my eyebrows. Strangely those never regrew even though I kept using minoxidil and even switched from the 2% to 5% version. My temples also regrew but after the first shedd they never came back.

Shouldn't at least the eyebrow hair keep regrowing after I plucked them as they are not affected by male pattern baldness?

don't laugh. i was thinking of putting it on my body hair to make it darker so laser hair removal could get it. I also wanted to put in on my eyebrows because they are very light towards the middle, giving me a far appart brows look.

you plucked your hair and it did not come back? i wish i could do that to the 30 hairs on my back.
