Minoxidil

I have diffused hair loss and have responded well to topical Minoxidil. Every person will respond differently to the drug, and you could keep the hair you have for years if you're also on a DHT inhibitor and/or on an AR antagonist.
I am contemplating adding finasteride. I have been using min almost 3 months to this day and I can tell its having a positive impact on my hair. Less shedding, hair is overall just healthier. I really want to skate by with min for 2 years or so until better stuff comes out. If not, I'll consider finasteride. If u look at my posts I am very afraid of finasteride's long term safety and I'm only 20

What's ur age and regimen?
You have no faith in anything?
I just wouldn't wait for the next big treatment... before getting on finasteride

just started minoxidil and keto shampoo 1 month ago
hoping to see some progress from minoxidil at 3-4 month mark
minoxidil is doing wonders on my beard tho.. it worked fast there..

I saw results at 3 months and I'm only 3 months in. I'm excited to see how I progress. I'm a NWII-NW2.5 and just recently started losing hair noticeably. The earlier your catch it the better. Any sides on finasteride? I'm pretty afraid of it

No sides for me... I wouldn't buy into all that crap... the stuff saved my hair...
When you hear all the bad things about it online.. it makes the issue seem UNIVERSAL
But in reality its the 1-2% of users that have a problem with it... compared to the millions more taking the stuff with no issues... going about their lives with no need to check online forums

That kinda goes against a lot of what we have seen. Men lose hair as they AGE.
Hes talking about a person on a DHT blocker though..
