MinoxidilMax - a real 15% minoxidil?

Actually I use it for a long time cause I saw that many people bought it on e-bay at the time it was available there.

It called "DualGen" and I'm confused cause I haven't seen anyone talks about this product in this forum which makes me suspicious. So I just need to know if this is really a 15% minoxidil or I just used some bear/cat/snake oil for like 4 months. If so I would understand why mosquitos were staying away from me for such a long time...

That's the one I made reference to in my thread further down the page. All I could find online about it was this piece of correspondence between a potential-buyer and their help team - coupled with trichologists saying they don't think minoxidil stronger than 5% can be turned into liquid, it doesn't really inspire confidence at all!
