moving up from .5 dutasteride to 1 mg per day... Bryan?

Hey Dogs3, I don't think most people on this forum talk about Dutasteride. Other hair loss forums talk about it way more like hairsite.com. Dutasteride just doesn't seem to be popular on gourmetstylewellness.com for some reason.
I personally think it will help lower your overal serum DHT and scalp DHT more quickly, but it will reach a point where it won't lower it anymore. Some people have had amazing results with Dutasteride and have noticed that its stopped their hair loss dead in its tracks within as short as 2 weeks. I wish that happened to me too as I'm on it for 1 month right now with no results.
Be careful with it though as its been known to cause a lot of side effects.

Based of the study finding the move from .5 to 1 probably isnt worth it now or long term. Plus your not sure of what the impact will be on the double dosage long term to your body.

the jump from .5 to 2.5mg only increased on average about 15 hairs in the test area. So a double dose of .5mg will probably have a zero increase to borderline improvement than you are on now.
Probably not worth the cost or possible health impacts from it. dutasteride doesnt have the same time of use as finasteride so long term effects havnt really be proven. Same with finasteride but finasteride has been on the Market for about 15 years and we know its safe at 5mg but only need 1mg for male pattern baldness.
This is of course only my opinion. Ive never taken dutasteride though I have considered it but Im not comfortable ordering over seas in the hopes its real. So I stick with finasteride.

1. do you take dutasteride with finasteride at the same time? if you drop finasteride, how long after you start taking dutasteride?
2. are online pharmacy drugs really fake? where is the best place to buy dutasteride?
(I want genetic..i'm poor... again, do all genetic drugs have chance of being fake?)
