the newest and best prohormone on the market is really a steroid, its just not illegal yet.

Methyl 1test.

People are reported explosive gains in size and strength even off 2 week cycles.

I have never done prohormones, and I maybe never will, but I have some stocked up when/if I decide to do them

My first cycle might be Nordiol/4ad transdermal

If that works and I dont have any haiross, I might try the methyl1test.

I am just gunna keep it simple. I am not really in a rush to get riped. If I really just applied myself for 6 months I could have a pretty good build again. I am just gunna stick with

Creatine
3 protien shakes a day

And just have a solid workout regimen and workout correctly with correct form. I should get pretty riped if I just do this consistently.

Next 6 months I am gunna be drinking 3 protien shakes a day, lots of gatorade with creatine, applying my hairloss products, and taking my finasteride and vitamins for my hair. Taking my anti inflammatories for me knee, and eating correctly. Thats gunna be a challenge but I can do it.

I think a lot of guys think you need a ton of steroids to get big but if you just work out

Consistenly, correctly, and have enough protien you can get big fast.

Hey Scaggs,

http://www.weight-gain-tips.com/bodybuilding-diets.html

Check this out and tell me what you think. But shouldn't I want to eat lots of Carbohydrates and have lots of calories? How many calories would the average guy have in a day? How many do you have in a day? Whats a good amount of calories per day?

I am lost on how many calories you should be having. What about soduim and saturated fat? Also what do you think are some good foods 2 eat for gaining mass? I heard cheeseburgers, fish, bread, steak, eggs. Would be eating a big mac from mcdonalds be good?

Please help me out I am kinda lost on the diet part. Thanks man.

i checked out the link. that sounds about right for me. when i was on 1-test i was at 4000 calories a day 600 to 700 of them were carbs like, mac and cheese, noodles, oatmeal, fruit, vegitables, and potatoes.

never go to mcdonalds for any one of your meals on a serious workout regimen. its fake food. it tricks your body into thinkin you ate. use that meal time to get in real good calories. a regular cheesburger at a diner or restuarant is ok. beef is great. steak, chicken, fish, and pork are all good to eat. if you have to eat fast food, go to boston market and get one or two grilled chickens with 2 or 3 sides. that is way better that mickey d's.

as far as calories go, use hairbush's method to find out. everybody is different. if you see fat building up around your waist then you're taking in too much. rule of thumb. take in 1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight (not including any fat weight you have on you) and the rest really don't matter too much. if you put fat on reduce the overall calories but keep the 1.5gs of protein. and you'll be fine.
