My first day on Rogaine Foam

This morning was my first dosage. I had a hard time measuring half the cap size as the foam was too puffy to compare so I hope I didn't use too much.

I also noticed when I put some of the foam on my head it evaporated really fast. I tried to spread it around as much as possible but it felt like there was not enough coverage from the foam to cover the whole top of my head.

I didn't have enough to go over my hairline but the instructions say it's not recomended for the front anyway so I think missing this part is ok but I would still like a try in putting it over that area anyway.

I also noticed the smell was strong. Could smell my hair for at least two hours. Even though I washed my hands I could still smell a little bit of it.

Any comments or recommendations?

if you can get used to the dose you're applying just by sight, apply it directly to your scalp, not the cap

i start in the front, a little on both sides, rub it in
then hit the vertex and rub that it in
then rub my entire head (scalp) til it starts to get sticky and dry
then i style it with my fingers real fast before it dries all the way

use it right after the shower in the morning when you hair is almost dry, but not quite

Foam worked for me hairline to crown, you need to mess your hair up to get it on the scalp better

The reccomended dosage is for the crown only, you need to use much more to cover your entire head.

You can get foam for $11 a can so if you use 2 cans a month it's still cheap
