My Hairline Brushed Back - How Bad Does It Look?

these are the kinds of photos I should've been posting from the get-go - is this a "mature" (i.e. early-stage male pattern baldness) hairline, or am I just being paranoid? I've been traumatized by years of watching my norwood 3 dad shave his head and seem to be aging poorly in general (e.g. I'm 22 and look like I'm in my late 20s according to some people), so excuse my hyper vigilance

Yeah, I would just say you're extremely paranoid, nothing wrong with that, but it seem for you that it's turning into BDD, I know I have that yet I was in denial, but then i just accepted it and try to move on. With you though, your hairline makes me hella jealous, I'm 15 and I have a norwood 2 and it blows, puts your security down and everything, went to the Doctor, did nothing.

According to people on this website I had BDD too, untill i went past mature hairline, lol

You don't have anything to worry about. At least not now.

Why did you even think you did? Your hairline is straight across, and exactly
where it should be.

You're just being paranoid. Relax, life is too short.

yeah just relax dude. If it is any consolation I know lots of guys with stark bald dads who are perfect Norwood 1's into their thirties. Its not a certainty you will go bald at all.

OP, if you want a better opinion, grow your hair out a bit more and give us an overhead shot. I dont think you're receding whatsoever but from the images you provided, may just be the angle, it looks like your front section may be slightly thinning. Although, you never really know with that kind of hair, its pretty hard to tell until it gets bad.

What a dilemma...my crown is obviously thinning but I totally seem like the kind of person who would get bad sides on finasteride based on my unusually poor hormonal profile (as evinced by my estrogenic fat distribution pattern, chronic lethargy, low libido, timid/depressive personality, extreme lack of muscle mass, etc.). considering my hairline is still in relatvely great shape, is there any way i can pull this off for at least a few more years? if not, my life is pretty much over
