Rawbie, do you have any other conspiracy theories? I'm just curious, not trying to get on your case. sh*t, for all I know, you could be right. I know a guy at work who has a few, and they are interesting as hell, seriously. =]
If she was a newbie, I hope we didn't scare her off. Her question has been asked a few times in the year that I've been a member of this site. Personally, I am glad to see this question brought up. It gives me reassurance that not all girls care about hair loss, or at least that how I (would like to=) interpret it.
I think there is still an underlying problem that they have, and that is communication. I hope that there is nothing in the world I can't tell my future wife. Jesus, I need a girl friend. =)
I think that's the fundamental reason for her question. Strange... she can't comprehend why hair loss is such a big deal to him and the rest of us, and we can't comprehend why she can't comprehend this. =)

I can see where you are coming from. But what you have to understand is that no matter what you say he still feels bad inside about his hair. he needs to change something that will help him overcome his hair problem. It all comes down to self esteem and confidence.
You need to help him overcome this and you need to talk with him to understand why he feels the way he does.
My girlfriend is the same. I go on about my hair quite a bit but in a joking kind of way. Not obsessive. She tells me should could not give a toss about my hair and loves me for the person I am and what I stand for. It's difficult for me to accept this but I am starting to actually believe her.

Hey sorry to barge in on your mens site but having visited here for answeres to my proscar queries I kinda like to read your posts re propecia and shedding seeing as I am going through a huge shed now ... FANTASTIC
Anyhow wanted to write to Dancer 125 .... and explain as you guys did that its all got to do with the person losing their hair ..
I used to be slightly jokey and take teh piss right out of my older brother when he was losing his hair ... he got offended and I pissed him off more by calling him slap head etc ... HOW LITTLE DID I KNOW I WOULD GET IT TO !! PAY BACK TIME ! ... anyhow I remember how upset he got at me and how GREAT he is being with me through my own hair loss ... I just wanted Dancer to know that its damn soul destroying male or female I would not wish this crappy bolloxs on anyone not even some of my ex boyfriends !!! your husband is obviously devestated by this and is trying to deal with it (sorry guys as MEN do) on their own and in their own way .... I would say just be there for him ... and I hope he sorts it out ..
