My regime.

My hair is only slightly thinning at the crown. I'm 18 and I dont want to take procepia and the risks attached with it. (I have a whole life ahead of me!)

So I've decided on this regime. Is this enough or should i add something?

Nizarol
Rogaine
S5 cream
Nu hair DHT Blocker
Biotin

Also, will applying s5 cream and rogiaine together be detrimental to their effects?

I would probably drop the Nu Hair DHT blocker because I don't believe it will do a lick of good but that's just my opinion.

It is recommended to apply the Rogaine first, wait for it to dry a bit and then apply the S5 cream over it. That is what I do and haven't had any issues.
