I am 21 years old and I have quite aggressive hair loss.
As of now I have done 8 months and 2 weeks on finasteride and around a year on Minoxidil.

These are my results from the start up until now.
I believe I initially regrew but lately I feel like I've gone downhill, what do you guys think?

If you guys have any other suggestions for me then that would be great.
I've tried Nizoral, but that only seemed to dry out my scalp and make it more itchy than normal.

The first picture is blurred, but it would seem your hair improved with finasteride and minoxidil.
You say your situation went downhill, I think it has slightly improved. To be honest I doubt it will ever get much better, as your baldness was already advanced. Would you consider it a good result not to thin further and plan a hair transplant?

I guess maybe I'm being a bit 'greedy' with it and expecting more growth. I would prefer to thicken up my hair overall so hopefully that may happen.
Any tips on thickening products?

I would like to go the hair transplant route and I actually already have enough money saved but I don't know if any doctors would consider doing one for me at 21 years old. Do you think it would be a good idea to get one now?

Looks good I'd say. Any side effects
I haven't really experienced any side effects. The only side effect that I may have is slightly weaker erections, but i'm talking very slightly, like 75% compared to 100%.
I still have no problems with it whatsoever other than that, but its not a problem at all.

Holy sh*t that's some good progress. I wish propecia worked like that for me. It seems like you have no problem at least maintain and if I were you I might actually go the hair transplant route in the future since you seem like a goos candidate.

I think you could have possibly maintained your hair if you startes earlier. You should consider yourself lucky finasteride works so well for you.
