I know, just razzing you a little.

Whelp, it was a new record for a shower shed this time, 50 hairs. They all seemed long and healthy to the commen and shampoo filled eye. I always seem to shed the most of Monday's for some reason, and no I have no idea why.

I take a multi with saw palmetto, I don't know if that is affecting things, also I had an slightly irritated scalp over the weekend. But didn't lose any vast amount of hair like usual, maybe this is where the rest were hiding. :lol:

I need to get my scalp sorted out a tad better, and drop the saw multi for a week or so, and see what happens.

I'm still positive though!

Just trieng to figure out why I have the same routine, but sometimes my scalp is irritated, and some times it's great. Also why I dont have dandruff (flakes) anymore, but have chunks (yes chunks) of sebum on my scalp all the time.

all in all I've only been shedding for about a month, and may have had one fo those 2 day breaks last week I've heard so much about.

We'll see what wednesday's shower holds. :wink:

well crud,

I shed like a terrier yesterday, last night, AND this morning. I was talking to a bro who has been in the fight alot longer, and he says it's possible I've only really been shedding for not even 2 weeks now. He had lots of evidence, and good points so I can't discount that.

I've dropped the saw multi, (also has green tea extract) and I'm dropping Nizoral for a week or two to see what my scalp does.
