Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my story with you cause I know how stressful this is.
First off, I am a 24 year old female. My hair has always been fine but in the past 2 years I really noticed it getting thin on top right in the middle where it is the most noticable and I had ALOT of hair falling out. I was also under alot of stress so that didnt help.
About 6 months ago, I decided I had to do something because it was getting worse each day :cry: and it was becoming more of an obession. Within the past 2 weeks, I've noticed my hair alot thicker, healther and had alot of new hair coming in. The whole top of my head has all these new "spikes" that are growing.
For this I started using Rogaine about 6 months ago. I also take different vitamins to help promote new growth. I take biotin in the morning, flaxseed at dinner, and a good multivitamin before I go to bed. I only use the rogaine before I go to bed since its drys out scalp alot.
Everyone has noticed how much more healthier my hair has been and I am even able to let it grow since it doesnt have that stragly look anymore.
I just wanted to share this with you since there is hope out there, and hopefully some of this stuff can help you out. I will continue with this routine to help promote healthy hair and hopefully put an end to this problem.
