You are definetly receeding as the miniaturization is quite aggressive along the hairline. male pattern baldness is taking it's toll bud, If i were you I would hop on treatments asap.

I have thyroid in bad condition, an endocrinologist said that such things happen. if it is balding, what should I do? I will add hair for my childhood had a very similar hairline, as early as 10 years I noticed this problem. Maybe this is a bad hairline since birth? I have a lot of baby hairs.

I have a thryoid myself as well, hypothyroidism to be exact and it generally causes diffuse thinning all around the head and not just hairline miniaturization and recession. Overall, even if your hairline was always in the same general shape since birth, that does not explain the miniaturization of the hairs along the hairline. I would recommend you to do research on treatments such as finasteride, dutasteride and see what would bat fit your body and needs.

Now I do not know what to do. I sent the same pictures about a month ago and I was told that I had healthy hairline. I am very worried about this, there is a problem with finasteride in Poland.

unfortunately I only had a tablet with a weak camera, on the pictures are wet hair, on the left it looks good, but on the right it looks terrible. Is it possible to balding on one side? I asked my mother and she told me that I have always had high temples on the right side.

You can be balding on one side faster than the other as it can be more sensitive to androgens. You don't seem to have any diffuse thinning and overall hairs seem to thick but you are definetly balding due to the miniaturization (baby hairs). The baby hairs are basically male pattern baldness eating away at your hairline. How is your crown situation?

Like I previousely mentioned, you are balding which is visisble by the recession at your temples. Research treatment options and see which one is best fit for your situation. I"m about to turn 17 soon and I'm already a NW2 with crown and hairline miniaturization.

in which position on the Norwood scale I am according to you? whether minoxidil can fix it? I thought about the 5% loxon preparation, soon I will go to a dermatologist.

I would say you are around a Norwood 2 to 2.5 depending on which temple is being assessed. Minoxidil is only part of the solution as it doesn't directly address the issue of male pattern baldness which is the sensitivity of the hair follicle's to androgens such as DHT and Testosterone. Since the only area affected is the hairline, oral finasteride and minoxidil at the hairline could help. However, the miniaturization seems quite aggressive and could require a stronger regimen. Start by looking into "The Big 3", which is the use of finasteride, minoxidil and Nizoral, even though I don't believe Nizoral really does much.

I compared pictures from childhood and present and state that the line of hair is almost the same. It does not change the fact that I go to a dermatologist. I want to fix it.

To be honest the intial pictures don't look too bad, it looks pretty thick and if that first photo you had was when you were eight, it doesn't look like it's changed dramatically
