So, FYI, I have been using Propecia for about a year and a half and Rogaine for a few months, and neither has appeared to really do much to help. All they've done is given me mild sexual side effects and fluid retention in the face, neither of which I think is worth the possibility of holding on to hair a little longer.
I'm in college and working, so I have trouble visiting the gym, as I live too far from campus to afford to go there twice a day, but I have decided to focus on eating healthier and getting into better shape. I run about every other day, and am not in bad shape, but am a little on the skinny side. I plan on starting push-ups and crunches, and I have some dumbbells and one of those resistance bands that I would like to start using. Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for simple exercises or routines I could use to help? Thanks alot.
