Need Advice: Am I Applying The minoxidil Liquid Correctly?

Hi,

I've been diffuse thinning for a little while now and so I recently decided to add rogaine liquid to my regimen to help the finasteride and Nizoral fight the good fight against male pattern baldness. So far I've had no trouble whatsoever applying it and it doesn't leave my hair looking greasy or wet either... Which leads me to an important question:

Am I applying it correctly? From what I've read most people who use the liquid complain about how long it take to dry and how it leaves their hair looking very greasy.

Here's what I have been doing:

- Wash hair in the shower
- Gently towel dry hair until it's mostly dry but slightly damp
- Apply 1 ml of the minoxidil liquid with the supplied dropper at the crown, temples and across the top of my head (at this point it looks greasy and damp)
- Rub it into my scalp with my fingers
- Play with my hair until it is sitting nicely (no styling products, just pushing my hair around with my fingers until it's sitting okay)
- Done (hair looks normal)

I know the product is legit because I bought it from this website (and will be purchasing again!) so I'm a little concerned I might not be applying it correctly.

Any advice is welcome! :)

Thanks,
Matw

Ps. Does anyone else think their hair looks a little thicker after applying the liquid? I only applied it for the second time tonight and I could def notice a little bit of a difference around the crown once my hair was totally dry.

my hair looks and feels thicker when i've put minoxidil in because it kind of "clumps" your hairs together at the root, even if you can't notice it visually

but yeah, I think you're applying it fine.

2 Things: first of all, I apply mine when my hair is dry, and secondly, I think 1ml is way too little but of course, it all depends on how big is your affected area. If you think your treatment is working for you, I'd say stick with it.

The stuff works, just don't forget you'll inevitably "shed" some hair before the regrowth kick in.

Good luck.
