Need advice

Ok guys Ill keep it short, for a while Ive been seeing some slight thinning in my entire top scalp. Ive been in denial for a while but Ive come to the sad conclusion that I really am balding. It shouldnt suprise me, my brothers lost their hair around 20-21 so what made me think that I would be the exception? Anyway I just turned 24 and Im starting to see thet my hair is kinda seethrough in the temple area and the vertex. My crown has taken the biggest hit. Still very few people notice that Im diffusely thinning because its only noticeable in harsh lighting. My question is should I:
a) start full force with the big 3.
b) Start finasteride a and see how it goes
c) Start Min and see how it goes

Ive been using nizoral for a while now so its part of my regimen. Can I expect thickening and regrowth from finasteride alone? Anyone seen results from inhouse Fincar? Anyone used Dr. Lee 6%min 1%finasteride combo(think its called minoxidil plus or something) or xandrox plus? Anyway Ill try to post pics as soon as I can. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

I was using minoxidil when I was 24. It did not hep me. I stopped and I suddenly lost all of my hair. based on my personal experience, I think that minoxidil may work for some people and it may not work for others.

thanks for replying danoush. What minoxidil were you using? Anyway will propecia help me thicken up a bit? I really still have a pretty good head of hair but its kinda thin on the vertex and my temples are slightly thin too. I have a thick little island of hair in the front. My pattern is only noticeable on certain lighting conditions. Anyway is finasteride enough to thicken my vertex and temples?
