Planned on adopting because of my 5'5" genes, but got to drunk a couple times. That will definately work better then any treatment . Disclaimer i do not suggest this do not ban me please.

Since you're starting so young I would guess you could get some amazing results. My hairline stayed where your at for 7 years and i still got significant regrowth, but thats not the norm. With such aggressive hairloss expect to lose gains when your older.

I'd suggest shaving your head because of inital thinning and to watch your hairline regrowth, personally at that phase I think bald looks way better, It might look good on you.

i really hope i can maintain at least, for all my 20s.
About shaving my head, I have considered that for a while but i lack the courage to do it. For now i am just applying hair fibers which improve things a little bit

sorry to interfere but if you are taking about baldness who knows, maybe in their time there will be a cure, more effective medications...etc

Acceptance just isn't going to cut it. I'm exceptionally unlucky not to respond to any of my treatments, even combined. Perhaps you will be more fortunate?

I do not think so. My type is too aggresive and they might not work. In that case , the only thing to do is to try to accept it. I know how tough it is, We are on the same boat. But we have to move on in case our bodies are just directed to baldness

I drank a lot and used roids, just started treatment 6 months ago. Im incredibly lucky. Now im on finasteride and rogaine.

Sound advice but I think regrowth is a hit or miss despite being young. Im same age as OP and started balding at the same time. My hair is a lot better and I'm on a very aggressive regimen with no regrowth, I'm actually still balding

Its not as good as it looks. Whatever I try I can't seem to get my problem areas to show. The sides of my hairline are very thin. The last picture on the thread shows a better indication of my loss, you can see the recession runs deep.

I read somewhere once the sides reaches a straight line up and down its game over. I know some guys that shave off the triangle.

That's what my sides are at right now. My temple hair got decimated when I started finasteride about a year and a half ago.

It sucks but once you start shaving your head, all that stress goes away.

Eventually a buzz is going to look a lot better than deciding not to buzz. Have you considered starting treatment? Just because your loss is severe doesn't mean treatments won't work. Its the stubbornness of your genes that dictate that.

I am already on Finasteride for 2 months now. Soon to add minoxidil. I do not know if i have to add sth else but i think it's enough and i will evaluate after a year and see
I hope some improvements can happen

dutasteride will be better than finasteride for you.
