Need help desperately

Hello to everyone,
I'm 24 years old from India. My hair was never think from childhood it was thin and very silky but with a good density and full head of hair. But it started shedding in early 15 but it was not that bad so obviously I ignored . But in my late 18 it became worse so I finally decided to see a doctor. From that day till now I've tried all sort of medication that was recommended to me but nothing worked. Right now I'm on minoxidil 10% and VB7 tablets .
But my problem is I don't think it's working maybe I'm missing something in my entire treatment because the rate I was losing my hair I should have gone completely bald 2yrs ago. But the funny thing is that whenever I start a treatment it seems to work a little and then it stops and I start losing my hair again. But right now my condition is worse and I've never been this bald before. So if you guys can help me with it I will be glad. Any medicine any suggestion would be appreciate.

You need to take finasteride 1mg or 1.25mg daily. It is by far the strongest approved med for hairloss.

There is not much to be scared of 2% get sides, which go away after discontinuation of use and the sides are usually minor

Agree with zzzzz. At least try finasteride. If you get sides you can just stop and they'll subside.

Thanks for all of your replies friends now I'm certain I will give finasteride a try. I will hope for best but as I've told above my hair loss is severe so not hoping for any miracle. For you guys to understand my condition better I'll upload my photo and hope you guys can help me further.

Thanks for replying Armando I don't remember all that stuff but I can assure you that was a lot. From natural to herbal homeopathic to allopathic and even homemade remedies all of them.

Dude i think its too late to have full head of hair for you but it always been told asians are best responders so try finasteride u got nothing to lose and i can see thin hairs all over . With some chance and overall thickening u will have Norwood 3

Thanks for your reply dht and you are right I have nothing to lose. As you had said I myself noticed those thin hair and you know those little babies are the only reason I still have hope.
Thanks to all of you friends for helping me out and clearing my mind from fear. Because of your help I've ordered my first supply of finasteride. Hoping it will be my Savior.

Started finasteride 1mg 3 days back. No problem with erections or urinary although from the day I've had it I stayed longer in bed. It has increased my ejaculation time. The only thing that is bothering me is that I feel more sleepy, sluggish and a little hangover after getting up from bed. Is it normal what do you think about it.

Thanks for your reply hairchaser. Man your regrowth is truly unbelievable I'll surely follow your regime but I'm not sure LLLT is available in my locality, but I'll surely try my level best. One more thing can you provide me the name or link to buy genuine resveratrol.
